How do I clean the ice maker?

Cleaning is quick and hassle-free:

Wipe the exterior with a soft cloth
Rinse the ice bin and drip tray by hand
Flush the water tank with fresh water

Routine cleaning helps keep your ice fresh and your machine running smoothly.

What should I do if the "Ice Full" indicator is on, but the storage bin is empty?

1. First, unplug the unit and wipe down the inner walls of the ice storage bin.
2. Next, reach into the ice chute and clear away any built-up ice.
3. If the problem continues after reconnecting the power, touch and hold both the "Ice" and "Clean" buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds.
4. This will force the unit to continue making ice for 60 minutes, and the Ice icon will slowly blink during this process.

My control panel buttons are unresponsive. What to I do?

Moisture or residue can sometimes make its way onto the control panel. Unplug the unit, then wipe the control panel clean.

Why are the "Power" and "Ice Full" indicator lights flashing at the same time?

1. These flashing indicators mean that either the ambient room temperature or the water temperature is too warm.

2. The ice maker must be used in a room where both the air temperature and the water temperature are below 70°F (21°C).
