This setup is ideal for homes with water quality concerns, older pipes, or high sediment levels in municipal or well water.

Brio Whole House Filtration Systems are built for long-term use with replaceable
filter cartridges. The lifespan of each filter depends on water quality and household water usage. On average, whole house filters last up to 12 months or 100,000 gallons of water.

A good rule of thumb is to check your system every six months and monitor for changes in water pressure, odor, or taste. Brio’s modular filter design makes replacements simple, helping you maintain optimal performance with minimal effort.

Whole house filtration significantly reduces many common impurities, including chlorine, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), sediment, and rust. However, the contaminants removed or reduced depend on the type of filters you choose. For example, some filters cannot eliminate dissolved solids, heavy metals, or microbes. For complete purification, especially for drinking water, a reverse osmosis or UV system may be recommended in addition to your whole house filter.
