If for any reason the products are faulty when received or break during normal use, please fill out a warranty claim form here. Please do not ship products back to us until you receive an email confirmation from us regarding your warranty.

To set up your Brio water cooler, please follow the steps below:

  1. Plug the in the power cord.
  2. Put the probe into the bottle and put the cap on top of the bottle flush (do not push down hard).
  3. Put the bottle inside the cabinet and close the door completely.
  4. Dispense water from both the hot and cold selections (if applicable).
  5. Turn on both the Hot and Cold switches.
  6. Wait an hour for hot and cold water.
