Your order will be fulfilled during our normal business hours (8 a.m. – 5 p.m. PST). Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be fulfilled on the following business day.

Orders with express shipping may be shipped out the same day if they are placed early enough in the day. However, we cannot guarantee same day fulfillment. In general, orders will be shipped out the next business day after you have completed your order.

You may return any unused or undamaged products within 30 days of the original purchase date to receive a full refund. Once you file a return, we will process your refund within 3 to 5 business days.

    Preset Your Water Temperatures

    The Moderna lets you preset your hot and cold water to the temperature you like. Cold water adjusts from 39 degrees F to 59 degrees F. Hot water adjust from 174 degrees F to 194 degrees F. Exact temperatures may vary.

    Rely on Brios' powerful 3-step filtration, featuring a sediment and carbon block filters. The first stage thoroughly filters water from common sediment found in tap water, such as dust and rust.
