Single-sensor technology has been implemented so that you can control the dispensing of your water hands-free. Simply wave a hand over the sensor and you’ll enable continuous pouring of crisp cold water—no contact necessary!
Basic top-loading water coolers require you to come in contact with bulky water bottles and plastic buttons to dispense water. These plastic water bottles are mass-produced in huge factories, making them harmful to the environment. They also contain a lot of dirty particles. A study from the National Science Foundation International says there can be 2.7 million germs on just one-square inch of an office water cooler. Yuck!
In addition to reducing cross-contamination, the Moderna Touchless also offers cleaner water. Three powerful filters work together to intercept common tap water impurities such as dirt, rust, chlorine, lead, and more.

Making sure your cooler water dispenses at the temperature you like is almost as important as making sure it’s clean. The Moderna Touchless has a customizable temperature feature, so you get to preset the temperature of your hot and cold water when you install your new cooler.
To set up the Moderna Touchless, you’ll need to connect the cooler to a cold-water line so that it can directly access your home’s own water source. During installation you’ll be able to set your preferred hot-and-cold-water dispensing temperatures. Cold water ranges from 39 to 59 degrees, and hot water ranges from 174 to 194 degrees.
Tea, coffee, and good old-fashioned plain water will taste exactly how you prefer, right down to the temperature.
