Your order will be fulfilled during our normal business hours (8 a.m. – 5 p.m. PST). Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be fulfilled on the following business day.

Orders with express shipping may be shipped out the same day if they are placed early enough in the day. However, we cannot guarantee same day fulfillment. In general, orders will be shipped out the next business day after you have completed your order.

You may return any unused or undamaged products within 30 days of the original purchase date to receive a full refund. Once you file a return, we will process your refund within 3 to 5 business days.

    Rely on Brio's powerful 3-step filtration, featuring sediment and carbon block filters. The first stage thoroughly filters from water common debris found in tap water, such as dust and rust.
