Your order will be fulfilled during our normal business hours (8 a.m. – 5 p.m. PST). Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be fulfilled on the following business day.

However, we cannot guarantee same day fulfillment. In general, orders will be shipped out the next business day after you have completed your order.

You may return any unused or undamaged products within 30 days of the original purchase date to receive a full refund. Once you file a return, we will process your refund within 3 to 5 business days.

When you receive your order please make sure to save your original packaging in the event you need to return the product.
