FAQ Shipping and Returns
Your order will be fulfilled during our normal business hours (8 a.m. – 5 p.m. PST). Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be fulfilled on the following business day.
Orders with express shipping may be shipped out the same day if they are placed early enough in the day. However, we cannot guarantee same day fulfillment. In general, orders will be shipped out the next business day after you have completed your order.

How long will it take my order to be delivered?
In general, shipments in the United States take 3 to 5 business days if there are no inclement weather issues.
How do I check my order status?
Upon order completion, you will receive an email confirming your order. Once your package has been prepared for shipment, you will also receive shipment confirmation and a tracking number via email. How do I return a product?
You may return any unused or undamaged products within 30 days of the original purchase date to receive a full refund. Once you file a return, we will process your refund within 3 to 5 business days.

When will my credit card be refunded?
After we have confirmation of your return, you will receive a refund to your method of payment within 48 hours. Refunds will only be issued within 30 days from the date of charge.
